Hollins Cuttino, MA, LCMHC, NCC
Hollins is the Founder and Lead Therapist of Havenwood Counseling and Play Therapy. Hollins holds a Masters of Counseling degree from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary, and is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), and National Certified Counselor (NCC). Hollins also holds memberships in The American Counseling Association (ACA) and The Association for Play Therapy (APA).
Hollins sees children (4-11), teens (12-18), and adults for a variety of presenting issues, including anxiety, OCD, disordered eating/body image concerns, grief, depression, trauma, childhood trauma and abuse, emotion regulation issues, attachment concerns, and life transitions. Hollins holds additional training in Child Centered Play Therapy (CCPT), EMDR, IFS, CBT, ERP, Prepare and Enrich Premarital, Theraplay, and Child Parent Relationship Therapy (CPRT).
Hollins finds joy in meeting clients where they are and walking alongside them as they navigate life’s challenges. She combines approachable warmth and compassion with clinical precision and experience. She takes seriously her role as a “sturdy adult” for children and teens, and as “trusted ally” for adults. She would be honored to be entrusted with your story.
When Hollins isn’t working, you can find her outside in the garden, reading a fantasy novel, writing music, or drinking coffee with her husband and their dog. She feels most herself on a hike through the woods (hence the name: Havenwood).
