Anna Beardsley, MA, LCMHCA

Anna Beardsley holds a Masters in Counseling from Reformed Theological Seminary in Jackson, MS, and is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHC-A). She is EMDR-trained, Gottman Level One certified, and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP).

Anna enjoys working with teens, adults, and couples navigating a variety of life circumstances including trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, OCD, life transitions, relationship challenges, codependency, and emotional regulation difficulties.

Anna is deeply passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their stories and move toward healing and growth. She believes that while people are often wounded in relationships, they can also experience profound healing through meaningful connection. Anna approaches counseling collaboratively, tailoring her therapeutic style to meet the unique needs of each individual or couple she serves.

As someone who has herself experienced deep grief and loss, she knows personally what it's like to navigate overwhelming pain while trying to find hope and healing. Anna considers it a great privilege to walk alongside clients during life's most challenging seasons. She strives to provide a counseling environment marked by authenticity, compassion, and hope, helping clients access deeper self-awareness, resilience, and wholeness. Whether clients are processing past wounds, navigating present difficulties, or seeking personal growth, Anna is honored to support them on their journey toward healing.

When Anna isn't working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and littles, going for a long walk, a game night with friends, or baking something yummy in the kitchen.
